• Maintain and enhance Salesforce operations and contracts for the sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes and sales processes
• Proactively identify and implement sales process improvements and automation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations or business analytics/process optimization
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, with CPQ experience as a plus
• Intermediate level spreadsheet experience
• Understanding of post closed-won processes and contracts terminology
