Salesforce Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading the Salesforce delivery organization, the full-time remote Salesforce Delivery Director will drive high-quality execution across programs and managed services while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery accountability for Salesforce implementations and transformations
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery health metrics across accounts
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support pre-sales and proposal development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 15 years in IT services/consulting with significant Salesforce delivery leadership experience
• Proven track record managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Application/System Architect, Platform, or Consultant certifications)
