Salesforce Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Taking ownership of systems and processes, the remote Salesforce Delivery Manager will drive the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, manage the backlog, and facilitate team operations in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to establish clear goals for the team
• Analyze performance metrics to measure squad efficiency and identify delivery patterns
• Organize sprint reviews and facilitate communication with stakeholders regarding progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator for the Sales Cloud
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflow, flow, and process builder
• Experience with Salesforce Dataloader and SDLC/Copado is a plus
