Salesforce Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end deployment strategies, the full-time Salesforce Deployment Manager will lead Salesforce CPQ and/or Agentforce Revenue Management implementations, ensuring high-quality releases and seamless transitions to production while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the deployment strategy for Salesforce CPQ and/or ARM implementations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across multiple environments while enforcing deployment governance and best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure release readiness and manage deployment issues effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations focused on deployment or release management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments and deployment tools (e.g., DevOps Center, Copado)
• Experience managing deployments in complex, multi-org or enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
