Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To support a mission-focused enterprise modernization effort within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the remote Salesforce Developer will configure, develop, test, and deploy secure and maintainable capabilities across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integration services.
Key responsibilities
- Translate user stories and solution designs into maintainable Salesforce configuration and code
- Develop reusable Salesforce Flow automation and maintain Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Participate in Agile sprints, supporting system testing, deployment, and operational transition activities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow and Lightning App Builder
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience delivering capabilities in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
