Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer - Production Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues reported on the Production Salesforce Platform as part of operations and service delivery management
- Monitor incidents logged for the platform through ServiceNow and manage operations meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, support teams, and Scrum Teams to enhance system functionality and onboard new features
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components such as Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
- Experience with customization and configurations of Salesforce cloud components
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Production support teams
