Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, code, test, package, and deploy fixes for cloud-based applications
  • Provide end-to-end support for customer custom solutions, ensuring timely resolution of cases
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop software fixes and enhancements while managing multiple support cases
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Apex, Java, C#, or other object-oriented languages
  • Familiarity with the Force.com platform
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Financial Management or PSA software systems is a plus
