Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, code, test, package, and deploy fixes for cloud-based applications
- Provide end-to-end support for customer custom solutions, ensuring timely resolution of cases
- Collaborate with various departments to develop software fixes and enhancements while managing multiple support cases
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Apex, Java, C#, or other object-oriented languages
- Familiarity with the Force.com platform
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Financial Management or PSA software systems is a plus
