Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications that support business objectives and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Create and manage detailed project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Lead project teams and build long-term customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications required; additional certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
• Proven experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments
