Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer specializing in Communications Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test applications and services within Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud
Implement features using OmniStudio components, Flows, Triggers, and Apex code
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Communications Cloud technologies

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies
Experience with at least two of the following: Copado Robotic Testing, Communications Cloud, AgentForce
Strong understanding of CPQ processes and APIs
Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex
