A company is looking for a Staff Salesforce Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that deliver business value
Collaborate with departments to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
Participate in quality assurance tasks including code reviews and testing to ensure defect-free features

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
10 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in an enterprise environment required
Experience with Salesforce Org migrations/merges and integrations with Salesforce Public Cloud (AWS) is a plus
Advanced skills in Salesforce development tools and frameworks including Flows, Apex, and LWC
Strong understanding of software development automation tools for managing CI/CD processes
