Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automations and scalable data models
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the development lifecycle
• Instrument SLAs and operational KPIs in Salesforce, and build dashboards for reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and SOQL
• Minimum two Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I + II)
• Experience with data modeling and managing schema changes in production orgs
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience running UAT processes and managing work in a structured way (e.g., Jira)
