Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to assist with the development and integration of solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Lead Engineer and Solutions Architect to design and implement solutions
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business requirements and maintain system integrity
• Manage release cycles and integrate Salesforce with other systems within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices and ability to design solutions accordingly
• Experience with large-data-volume patterns and optimizing for scale
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and critical evaluation of generated code
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
