Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with technical leads to implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a relevant sector
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with data migration and integration tools, including Mulesoft and Talend
• Passion for nonprofit or higher education work and commitment to using technology for social good
