Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to enhance their technical capabilities by building and maintaining core GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, automation, and permissions
• Implement architectural designs and improve the reliability and performance of GTM systems
• Partner with Data Strategy to ensure clean data generation and support integrations across the revenue stack

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or platform engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, flows, object models, and integrations
• Ability to build and refactor systems with a focus on durability and maintainability
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and reducing tool sprawl
