Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to support federal civilian agencies in providing IT development for Marketplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program using Apex, Salesforce Lightning components, and other development languages
• Oversee the architecture and development process of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior developers throughout the application life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience, with 10+ years of custom coding experience on the Salesforce platform
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications
• 3+ years of experience implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and development
• Experience with complex business systems integration and Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud development
