Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Platform Developer (Kindsight Ascend) to support a major modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Salesforce platform architecture and solution design
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and maintain applications
• Support fundraising and engagement workflows while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with multiple Salesforce managed packages, particularly Kindsight Ascend
• Proven ability to design and support Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Experience working with sensitive and regulated data in compliance with privacy requirements
