Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Salesforce Developer, responsible for programming and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, working full-time in a remote capacity to support federal agencies' initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning components and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform
• Lead the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment, including code reviews and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions, while mentoring junior developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience with 10+ years of programming/custom coding experience on the Salesforce platform
• Possess Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, architecture, design, development, administration, and security model
• Experience with complex business systems integration and AI-driven automation tools
