Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To support Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities, the full-time remote Sr. Salesforce Developer will manage programming tasks using Apex and Lightning components, oversee the architecture of the Salesforce platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lightning components and custom solutions using Salesforce technologies
• Lead the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with junior developers and provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years of hands-on programming with Salesforce
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications
• 3+ years of experience implementing custom solutions on Salesforce in Lightning
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, architecture, and security models
• Experience with Salesforce IDE and version control configurations for development
