Job Summary

To support a growing lending platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring system reliability and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs
• Ensure platform reliability and troubleshoot production issues to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proven success in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in production environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Background in fintech, lending, or MCA platforms is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
