Job Summary

Working remotely as a direct hire, the Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform strategic backlogs into high-quality software on the nCino Salesforce platform, focusing on coding, integration, and feature development.

Key responsibilities:

• Transform strategic backlog into software by driving technical design and writing scalable code
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to build new features and provide user support
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and leverage AI technologies for development efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Sales, or Bank Operations
• 3+ years of programming experience in JavaScript, Apex, T-SQL, or similar languages
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and modern development practices
• Familiarity with AI technologies and CI/CD pipelines preferred
