Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Working fully remote on a long-term contract basis, the Salesforce Developer will develop, enhance, and support Salesforce applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards and code quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements while prioritizing out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and GitHub
• Experience in large, complex, highly customized Salesforce environments with multiple integrations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, APIs, SDLC processes, and code review standards
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend scalable, maintainable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within collaborative development teams
