Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will focus on maintaining platform stability, resolving production issues, and delivering enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary responder for Salesforce production issues, incidents, and escalations
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configuration
- Utilize Copado AI for troubleshooting and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce production environments
- Expert-level Apex debugging skills, including performance optimization and governor limits
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and complex automation troubleshooting
- Experience diagnosing integration issues involving REST APIs and data synchronization
