Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To enhance the Salesforce platform, the remote Sr. Salesforce Developer will lead development efforts, drive process improvements, and manage application development while collaborating with Sales Operations Leadership and the RevOps team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to support business requirements
• Adapt Salesforce architecture to improve operations and support business growth
• Lead UAT testing and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and a certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor for development tasks
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, SQL, Java or C++, and REST/SOAP-based web services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, innovative environments
