Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Salesforce Developer will design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions remotely, enhancing business operations and customer engagement across various enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge
• Configure and manage Salesforce security settings, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and sharing rules
• Create reports and dashboards to support operational and management reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and configuring Salesforce applications
• Experience administering Salesforce, including user management and object customization
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and Agile methodologies
• Experience deploying Salesforce solutions using Change Sets or similar methodologies
