Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Supporting government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area, the fully remote Salesforce Developer will design and develop solutions in Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications throughout the full development lifecycle
• Quickly learn and apply new Salesforce features, effectively communicating with stakeholders to support solution delivery
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure development projects meet business and end user requirements

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. with residency for 3 of the last 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of Salesforce Lightning platform customization experience
• 2+ years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce using tools like Workflows and Process Builder
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development
