Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer, the full-time remote position will drive the development, optimization, and support of the Salesforce environment, focusing on delivering scalable solutions and enhancing platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for a Salesforce org, managing user setup, security controls, and data integrity
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrate third-party applications
• Leverage Einstein 1 features for AI-driven insights and manage large volumes of data to create unified client profiles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development
• Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Strong understanding of wealth management or financial services industry workflows
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX
• Experience supporting a user base of 50+ in a Salesforce production environment
