Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To advance operational and strategic goals, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will drive the development, optimization, and support of the Salesforce environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and provide user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for a ~100-user Salesforce org, overseeing user setup, security controls, and data integrity
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other programmatic tools while customizing objects and processes for the wealth management industry
• Leverage Einstein 1 features for AI-driven insights and manage structured and unstructured data to create unified client profiles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development
• Experience working in or supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Strong understanding of wealth management, RIA operations, or financial services industry workflows
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX
• Experience supporting and administering a user base of 50+ in a Salesforce production environment
