Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

To support ongoing development and optimization of the Salesforce platform, the mid-level remote Salesforce Developer will manage administration, configuration, and custom application development across various Salesforce clouds while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data quality
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integrations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Admin and Development roles, including Flows, Visualforce, and APEX
• Strong collaborative skills to work with stakeholders and leadership on shared objectives
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected requests effectively
