Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Developer will build and configure Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and long-term viability while collaborating with a team of Solutions Engineers, a Project Manager, and a Product Owner.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver features and fixes in Salesforce, focusing on client impact and efficiency
- Train client staff on Salesforce functionalities and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and manage data migration and cleanup
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce (NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud)
- 1+ years of experience with nonprofits, either professionally or as a volunteer
- 1+ years of Salesforce Developer experience, specifically with Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
- Salesforce Admin certification and Nonprofit Cloud certification (additional Salesforce certifications are a plus)
- Substantive hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and Salesforce metadata
