Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer, the full-time remote position will resolve production incidents, drive system improvements, and deliver quality code while collaborating with Scrum teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability
- Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements
- Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while adhering to design patterns and performance optimization standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, and web service APIs
- Proven background in production support and business operation recovery
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience
- US Citizenship and residency in the US mainland (visa sponsorship is not available)
