Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Salesforce Developer, the successful candidate will manage technical development, declarative configuration, and production troubleshooting for systems supporting Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Professional Services, utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Certinia PSA.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop custom Apex actions and API layers, ensuring adherence to versioning and deprecation guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate objectives into effective solutions
- Diagnose production issues and track project development in Azure DevOps and Jira Service Management
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building on the Salesforce platform with expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven API development experience, including custom Apex REST/SOAP services and GraphQL
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and secure coding practices on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with source-driven development using SFDX and Git
- Clear written communication skills for creating design documents and API specifications
