Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Building and enhancing Salesforce solutions, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will collaborate with Architects and Consultants to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing multiple development initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and configuration tools
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and automation to meet business requirements and support ongoing enhancements
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and participate in technical design sessions
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required; Platform Developer I preferred
- Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, and source control
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and Salesforce best practices
