Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To support the New York State Department of Labor, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will configure and customize the Salesforce Service Cloud environment, build and maintain Apex and Lightning Web Components, and manage deployments across various environments.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Service Cloud to meet user requirements during maintenance and enhancement sprints
- Build and maintain Apex, LWC, and calculated reports aligned with operational metrics for the UI Call Center
- Participate in warranty support and lead knowledge transfer sessions with NYSDOL technical personnel
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel and Flows/Process Automation
- Experience with Copado for version control and deployment lifecycle management
- Ability to create complex reports and executive dashboards within Salesforce
- Strong communication skills for collaborative onboarding and support activities
