Salesforce Developer Administrator
Job Summary
Collaborating cross-functionally, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Education Cloud and integrated systems to support business needs and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and maintain all Salesforce instances while serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption and comprehensive documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer
- Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel and Amazon Connect, including call center configuration
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs and OAuth
- 3+ years of relevant experience in higher education or Online Program Management (OPM) preferred
