Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce environments, including user setup and security controls
• Design and implement automation using Flow and Process Builder to enhance business processes
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Application Architect
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and data governance frameworks
