Salesforce Developer Consultant
Job Summary
To support the deployment of Salesforce Agentforce IT Service, the full-time Salesforce Developer Consultant will maintain and enhance the platform, manage task prioritization, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage task assignments by reviewing the work queue, confirming scope and priorities, and delivering tasks by agreed deadlines
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations with PAHO systems
- Document solution designs and maintain configuration records while providing knowledge transfer sessions to PAHO staff
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least three years of experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise integrations
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required or strongly preferred
