Job Summary
Leading strategic efforts to implement and support Salesforce platforms, the full-time Salesforce Developer - UT Licensed will manage solution architecture, configurations, and development while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and support of Salesforce platforms, including Education Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and manage the release of changes to the Salesforce instance
- Provide technical support and collaborate with Digital Learning units, campus partners, and external vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Experience in Salesforce Education Cloud or Sales and Service Cloud
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and features, including declarative and programmatic tools
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Salesforce DX
