Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer - OmniScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Implement and configure Service Cloud features and integrate Salesforce with external systems
• Develop Lightning Web Components and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, focusing on Service Cloud
• Expertise with OmniStudio and experience creating OmniScripts
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification required; Platform Developer 2 certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns
