Salesforce Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Manager to oversee the strategic direction and architectural framework of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and manage vendor relationships to ensure system functionality and execute enhancements
• Provide technical expertise for Business Services initiatives and collaborate with leadership on application-related work
• Implement project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects while tracking budgets and reporting on milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience required
• 6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator with a mix of SF Architect/Development/Administration responsibilities
• Previous management experience is required
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and multiple SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
