Salesforce Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Development Manager who will oversee the Salesforce development practice, guiding developers and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers for high-quality delivery and career growth
• Oversee solution design, code quality, and adherence to development best practices
• Facilitate sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups to encourage successful team delivery of results

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple projects and industries
• 2+ years in a leadership or people management role
• Proven expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience leading DevOps and release management processes, including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Architect certifications are a plus
