Salesforce Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Salesforce developers, the full-time remote Salesforce Development Manager will oversee software development lifecycles, drive platform excellence, and serve as the primary technical liaison between US and India-based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while overseeing cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Own platform governance and delivery, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and deployment best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and/or administrators
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud configurations and integrations
