Salesforce Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Salesforce developers, the full-time remote Salesforce Development Manager will mentor staff, establish development best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers through coaching, technical guidance, and performance management
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and align delivery timelines for scalable solutions
• Establish and reinforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and release processes

Required qualifications

• Strong experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers in a collaborative environment
• Deep expertise with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform best practices
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including leading or managing technical teams
• 6 years of Salesforce Development experience (APEX, Visualforce, SOQL)
