Salesforce DevOps Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Salesforce DevOps Analyst, the successful candidate will design and execute test strategies, automate testing processes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support environment management within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with developers, admins, and product owners to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications, conducting various types of testing including functional and regression
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes using tools such as Gearset, Git, and Jenkins
• Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases, implementing DevOps best practices to enhance deployment efficiency and minimize errors

Required qualifications

• BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs
• Experience with test/DevOps automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Gearset
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools
