Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment lifecycle and ensure the Salesforce platform is scalable and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD configuration and post-deployment validation
• Implement and manage a Salesforce DevOps toolchain aligned with compliance and security requirements
• Document and maintain procedures for change management and deployment compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or equivalent CI/CD solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox environments
• Familiarity with agile work management tools like Jira or Asana
• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) and change control documentation is preferred
