Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Salesforce DevOps Engineer, this full-time role is responsible for managing the Salesforce deployment pipeline, ensuring compliance with release governance standards, and supporting deployments and production stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enforce the Salesforce release process, including change intake and production deployment
• Administer and optimize the Copado DevOps platform across all Salesforce environments
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions and maintain deployment runbooks and post-deployment validation checklists

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce DevOps or release management experience
• Hands-on experience with Copado administration and pipeline development
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-environment Salesforce deployments
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, metadata API, and version control (Git)
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
