Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Salesforce DevOps Engineer, a full-time role responsible for managing the Salesforce deployment pipeline, ensuring compliance with release governance standards, and supporting production stability through DevOps engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enforce the Salesforce release process, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining the release calendar
• Administer and optimize the Copado DevOps platform, managing deployment pipelines and automating CI/CD workflows
• Track release metrics and produce deployment health reports for leadership, facilitating go/no-go decisions prior to production pushes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce DevOps or release management experience
• Hands-on experience with Copado administration and pipeline development
• Experience managing multi-environment Salesforce deployments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production)
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), metadata API, and version control (Git)
• Experience running release processes in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
