Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager, the candidate will manage CI/CD strategy, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure secure delivery across the Salesforce development lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Harness.io for Salesforce metadata deployments
• Implement and maintain integrations with notification systems and source control platforms
• Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap to enhance deployment speed and reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of eleven (11) years of professional work experience in DevSecOps environments
• Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and managing low-code/no-code platforms
• At least three (3) years of experience with Harness.io or similar DevSecOps tools
• Proficiency in Python (3.9+) and Bash/shell scripting for automation and pipeline execution
