Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving enterprise DevSecOps initiatives, the full-time Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager will manage CI/CD strategy, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure secure delivery across the Salesforce development lifecycle in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Harness.io for Salesforce deployments across environments
- Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring smooth promotion of metadata through various stages
- Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap, focusing on deployment speed, reliability, and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of eleven (11) years of general work experience
- Experience managing DevSecOps environments for low-code/no-code Salesforce platforms
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining Harness.io CI/CD pipelines and YAML authoring
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Government Public Trust Clearance
