Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital CRM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases for Salesforce and AI agents
Develop and integrate AI agents into Salesforce workflows, ensuring compliance with AI governance
Write clean, testable code and participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of Salesforce experience
Experience in Apex and LWC is a plus
Skills in AI and agent technologies are important
Basic experience with API-based AI integrations
Platform Developer I certification is required; AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred
