Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Salesforce to lead the vision and delivery of its CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term global roadmap for the Salesforce platform and integrated business applications
• Serve as the primary liaison to C-Suite and VP-level leaders, translating business objectives into technical solutions
• Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, administration, and development in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on scalable Salesforce delivery
• Proven track record in designing scalable solutions for high-growth B2B companies, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or Blockchain
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ; Service Cloud experience is optional
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant/Architect certifications)
